Ang SUDIF at SUBICC ay naitatag sa tulong at biyaya ng Panginong Diyos upang maging daluyan ng masaganang pagpapala para sa mga Pilipino na makikinig sa mensahe ng pagtanggap ng pagpapala. Hangarin ng SUDIF at SUBICC ang maibigay ang mga pangangailangan at kagustuhan ng mga taong tutugon sa kanilang narinig. Pangunahin dito ay ang paglago ng relasyon sa Diyos, ang kalusugan at ang kaunlarang pangkabuhayan ng mga maniniwala. Umaasa ang SUDIF at SUBICC na habang ang mga kasapi nito ay nagpapatuloy sa kanilang pakikibahagi sila ay lalong mapapalapit sa Diyos na siyang pinagmulan ng lahat ng pagpapalang ito — PAGKAIN, PERA AT BAHAY.

Dahil sa ang mga tinawag ng Diyos upang mangasiwa ng SUDIF at SUBICC ay mga babae’t lalaki na may pusong binago ng Panginoon, makaaasa tayo na pangangasiwaan nila ang ipinagkatiwa sa kanila ng Diyos ng may kaayusan at walang diskriminasyon. Sa ngayon ay patuloy na lumalaki ang bilang ng mga nakikinig at tumutugon sa panawagan upang mapagpala, bagaman ganon marami pa ring kailangang makarinig at tumugon. Sana ikaw na bumabasa nito kung ikaw ay isa na sa mga umaasa sa mga dadaloy na pagpapala ay patuloy pang mag-anyaya at kung ikaw naman ay hindi pa tumutugon bagaman naririnig mo na ito sana ito na ang pagkakataon mong tumugon.

Tandaan mo, ang pagkakataon ay hindi laging kumakatok, gaya nito, ang SUDIF ay hindi habang panahon maghihintay ng mga maniniwala dahil sa Marso, 2016 ay tapos na ang pagtanggap ng mga taong mabibiyayaan ng pagpapala. Kaya kung naririnig mo ang panawagang sa pamamagitan ng iyong nababasa, dalangin ko na tumugon ka na agad. Walang mawawala s’yo bagkos malaki ang mapapala mo.
